Onboarding and fees
Becoming a client at Vanbelle is easy and requires only a few mandatory steps, often imposed by legal, compliance and deontological requirements:
- Contact our law boutique by phone, email or fill out the contact form on our website and briefly explain what you’re looking for.
- Usually within 24 hours a team member will get back to you with some practical information and with an invitation for a meeting online or at our Brussels office (subject to a flat meeting fee).
- Every welcome meeting will be with our managing partner and will usually take between 45 and 60 minutes. You’ll already receive a general orientation and an indication of timing, fees and further requirements.
- When you agree to come on board, you’ll have to complete and sign our KYC document and client service agreement (both already available on this website). We’ll invoice you a retainer as agreed upon.
- And then, you’re done, and we can get started!
